Security Incident Response Policy

Revertefy Backups application for Shopify stores, we recognize the importance of having a Security Incident Response Policy in place to ensure the timely detection, investigation, and response to security incidents. Our policy outlines the following steps in response to security incidents:
  • Any employee who suspects a security incident must immediately report it to the designated security contact.
  • The designated security contact will conduct an initial assessment to determine the nature and severity of the incident.
  • The designated security contact will take immediate action to contain the incident and prevent further damage.
  • The incident will be investigated to determine the cause and scope of the incident. The investigation will be conducted by a cross-functional team consisting of representatives from various departments.
  • Communication will be established with relevant stakeholders to inform them of the incident and provide updates on the response efforts.
  • Recovery efforts will be initiated to restore normal operations as soon as possible.
  • Once the incident has been resolved, a post-incident review will be conducted to identify areas for improvement in the incident response policy and procedures.
